Description

These intake kits come with a reusable low restriction air filter, polished aluminum tubing and a black powder coated heat shield to help prevent engine air from entering the intake inlet. Have been running this for about 4 years and it works great, noticeable power bump and fits well under the hood.

Made a big difference on my 2000 TJ

Performance is 5 stars but fitment is 3 stars. Stock holes for bolting the heat shield in place caused firewall tube to be cut down at both ends about 3/8" each end. As reported on another review, the hood does contact the throttle body tube but I suspect it's because I have a TB spacer so I'll have to cut the tube down at the TB. If you're comfortable with the mods I recommend it.
