Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I put these on the TJ many years ago and they have lasted long. The bushings and components were still running strong until a couple of recent off roading trips that kind of bent the heck out of them when I did not put them in the "up" position. What did I do? I called customer service to see if they could warrant the damaged parts on both sides. They have fast, responsive customer service for their products, and were able to send me brand new parts for my old broken ones! In summary: In an era of knock off el-cheepo foreign manufactured copies of the JKS Quicker Disconnects, where there is no service or support whatsoever, we still have a reliable company that cares about their customers in JKS!
