do i need a conversion wiring kit or does that come with these? What bulbs will I need, can you suggest?
The H4 Fatboy bulb suggested for use with these will require the high performance wiring loom. Thanks for your inquiry.

Are these the H4 Conversion which is not to seal the headlight so you can replace bulbs?
These are not sealed and the H$ bulbs are replaceable.
