Are the end caps steel as well ?
No, the end caps are original equipment plastic material. Thanks for your inquiry.
Does this have holes for fog lights
No, it will only be drilled for the holes that align with the frame mounting locations and the front holes for the end cap studs.
Is this a factory like replacement?
Yes this is an original replacement in design and fitment. It reuses the factory mounting hardware to the frame and is made to the same dimensions/
