Too short, by 1/2 an inch!!!

Right diameter. Bolt is a 1/2 to short!!! Talked to a Quadratec tech, guided me to this bolt and said it would fit.
Paid for shipping... cut off old bolts, only to find that this bolt will not work. Running to HomeDepot. Quite disappointing.
