Westin 42-7015 Snyper Rock Slider Steps for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited 4-Door

To be honest, I feel like this should be a 5 star product. The quality is amazing. The look is great. And it serves its purpose beautifully. If you are looking for sturdy sliders that won’t take away clearance on a stock Jeep, I’d highly recommend. That being said, be prepared for some agony when installing. I could get by with unclear directions, we all have dealt with that on many Jeep products. What was bad enough to knock off 2 stars were the rivnuts. I’ve never used them before and had no idea how to set them. After some research I realized that the flimsy tool they give you to hold the rivnut down with your fingers, had no chance of working at all. I bought a setting tool on amazon for like $30 bucks and it worked out great. I’m just a little mad I had to drive around with 24 holes in the side of my Jeep for 2 days while waiting for a tool I did not anticipate needing from the off set. That and you will definitely be cutting your stock fenders down some. I’m not sure how it’ll line up with aftermarket ones but I’m sure I’ll find out down the road. Overall I would still definitely recommend but hope I can give people some warning before they start
