I bought both the front bumper and the skid plate. The bumper and the skid plate are both well made and look really good on the vehicle. I am very happy with the look, design and construction. Those area would warrant a 5 star rating. The reason for the 3 star rating is that the company itself and their support only warrant a 1 star rating. When installing the skid plate, I messed up one of the rivet nuts while trying to use the very bad rivet nut tool provide. I contacted Westin's support to try to obtain a replacement, and was informed that they do not have replacement part kits or even replacement parts. They said that they would check the warehouse and get back to me. I never heard back from them and had to find other rivet nuts and after trial and error had to use a different size rivet nut and bolt. The company should have better support.
