Does this come with the top plunger Locking bracket and the door surround knobs or do I have to buy them separately?
No. These surrounds are for non Sunrider 07-09 soft top models which do not incorporate a plunger bracket like on Sunrider equipped door surrounds. Door surrounds knobs are also sold separately. Sorry for the inconvenience.

What is the difference between the "with" and "without" sunrider top parts?
The Sunrider version has an opening for the bow assembly to lock into place when folded shut. Non sunrider version would not be able to receive the cable style bow used 10-18. Thanks for your question.
