The all new TACTIK™ Front Bumpers feature stamped steel components with advanced styling and a precision fit and are winch compatible. The stamping process creates a high strength 11-gauge steel construction with compound curves that's lighter than most conventionally fabricated bumpers. The removable end sections provide a quick change from the full 68” width to a 54.5” narrow configuration for two distinct looks. The narrow “shorty” style setup can accommodate larger wheels and tires when improved approach and departure angles are desired. The TACTIK™ Bumpers have specially designed injection-molded plastic crush-can covers that complement the bumper's styling while providing the ability to retain the low speed factory crush cans. Bumpers are available with an optional over rider hoop that's removable. Standard features include provisions to retain the factory tow hooks (required for installation) along with the factory fog lamps. Remove the top cover plate to install the optional winch plate kit and one of our popular winch models. Bumpers have a durable textured black powder coat finish for lasting good looks and come with a 5 year limited warranty and detailed installation instructions. In fact, when properly cared for, Dyneema® winch lines will outlast steel winch cables. Weight for weight, Dyneema® is 15 times stronger than steel and its light weight significantly improves the ease of handling. It even floats and is an obvious benefit when winching in water conditions. Dyneema® will not rust, kink and lose strength like steel cables. Handling steel cables can sometimes result in wire splinters but synthetic winch lines are much safer and easier to use. In the unlikely event of a synthetic winch line break, there is virtually no recoil, unlike steel wire where recoil is extremely dangerous. The ease of handling, increased safety and improved longevity of Dyneema® are why so many off road enthusiasts are making the switch. Each Synthetic Series Winch features 90' of Synthetic winch line with a 12' ballistic nylon chafe guard to protect your winch line from abrasions. Each winch line is 3/8" diameter and rated for 18,000 lbs.
