Description
The 2.0 Performance Series steering stabilizer for Wrangler TJ delivers race-dominating performance in a hassle free bolt-on package. Their heat-reducing design includes a metal-impacted aluminum shock body that dissipates heat faster than conventional steel. Inside the Smooth Body shock is an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) which separates shock oil from a high-pressure nitrogen gas chamber that provides a predicable ride quality capable of handling the roughest road conditions. Combine these new technologies with a competitive price for a winning combination.

It was a total "gamble" purchasing the higher priced FOX Steering Stabilizer for my '99 TJ Wrangler with a Rough Country 4" lift! BUT after inspecting my front end TJ suspension for any excess wear, I installed the FOX Steering Stabilizer from Quadratec! This part has proven to be the absolute BEST steering Stabilizer I have ever installed on my '99 Jeep Wrangler TJ Sahara!!! My ole Jeep Wrangler IS a pleasure to drive again! What a SMOOTHER steering experience with this FOX accessory! So glad I purchased it from Quadratec over a year ago! The FOX Steering Stabilizer for my TJ Wrangler has been the best steering quality improvement I've done! Thanks Quadratec and FOX! Bryan in NC.

Will this product fit on a YJ with a 4.5 inch rough country lift? Or would the rough country stacked dual steering stabilizer be better?
Your tire size and the way your driving habits are on the highway vs off-road are going to be a better determining factor for choosing the correct steering stabilizer than just the lift size itself. The dual stabilizer may be called for if your tires are more of a mud terrain or much larger diameter. The Fox would be solid for between 31-33" and a all-terrain tire not as aggressively lugged.
