Perfect for what I need!! Holds my phone securely, and allows easier use, I don't have to pick up the phone from the cup holder!!!
I recently received a Bracketron Grip-it Cup Holder Mount for my cell phone. I have only used it a short time and was enjoying the way it sits firmly into my car cup holder between the front seats. However, now I am no able to get the holder apparatus to open to set my phone in. The knob at the base of the phone holder will no longer spread to enable me to seat the phone into the grip. I was unable to contact customer service via email and left a message on the answering machine, Good idea, just not well constructed or durable.
This was given to me as a gift. I requested it. The fit is great in the cup holder and looks great. The grip is not as good as I thought it would be and the foam stoppers are not glued on very well and have come off a few times. The arm mount is stiff at first but gets worked out as you use it more. Overall its not a bad deal for $20.00.
