Yella-Terra High Performance Roller Rockers provide the best resistance to bending and breakage under high spring pressures at high RPM. Pressed steel rocker arms are simply prone to failure with a high rate of fulcrum wear, flexing, cracking, splitting and breakage resulting in power loss and possible piston failure. Product Details
Yella-Terra Rockers will greatly enhance valve train durability especially in performance applications.
Traditional pressed steel rockers literally drag across the valve tips as the rockers open and close, causing high side loading on the valve. This inside force leads to irregular and rapid wear to valves, valve guides and valve seats . Roller tips on our Yella-Terra rockers eliminate side loading, resulting in quicker engine revs and a crisper exhaust note. Rocker fulcrums utilize roller bearings to greatly reduces friction in the valve train to provide a measurable power increase over standard rocker systems. Reduced friction lowers engine operating temperatures and a cooler-running engine. Aircraft-quality anodized aluminum extrusion arms are the strongest available. Ingeniously designed kits include quality hardware with easy instructions and can be fitted in around 1 hour with no head removal, machining or valve cover spacers required.
