CRL 300 Series Primerless-to-Glass High Viscosity Urethane is a high quality adhesive that passes or exceeds the requirements of U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards 208, 212, 216 and OEM specifications. With over 1,000 psi of tensile strength and 600 psi lap shear at ultimate cure, PP301HV is one of the safest and strongest urethanes offered for the aftermarket. These urethanes have a new Aggressive Adhesion Formula and have proven themselves to aggressively bond to all automotive glass surfaces and frits without needing a glass primer. Long term exposure testing confirms that the new formula stands up to the harshest environmental conditions.

The POWR 300 Series is formulated without isocyanates, as a result, this new formulation produces a by-product of H2O in the curing process, accelerating the curing process and providing faster safe drive times.
In addition to these features, the POWR 300 Series Urethanes have new wide mouth cartridges that provide a 60% larger nozzle opening than standard cartridges, enabling an increase flow of the material with less force. Re-engineered nozzles supplied with the POWR 300 Series Urethanes are designed for easy trimming to accommodate back filling operations or trimmed further produce a full round bead. The V-Notch indentation can be used for trimming the nozzle for the proper urethane bead dispensing height.
