Most orders will ship by Fed Ex or DHL. International orders are shipped when all items are in stock.
How much does shipping cost?Shipping in calculated on the web site during the check out process. Shipping is based on the size and weights of the products on the order. The shipping rates will vary depending on the country for delivery. You will be notified via email if they are any additional shipping costs (oversize items/items that ship truck freight) prior to processing the order.
Do I need to pay duties and taxes?Any duties and taxes will need to be paid to the shipping company upon delivery. This amount is calculated after the shipment goes through customs. The percentage charged for duties and taxes will vary from country to country and is based on the type of product, where it is made, and its value.
When does my credit card or Pay Pal account get charged?You will not get charged for the order until your parts are shipped. There are some special order items, however, that will get charged once your order is placed. These are for items that will ship directly to Quadratec from our supplier for you order.
In what currency are your prices listed?All prices shows are in US dollars. Your credit card company or Pay Pal will convert the transaction to your currency automatically when we process any transaction.

The products we carry are designed for U.S. specific model vehicles unless otherwise notated in the product description. Some products may not work for right hand drive or exported vehicles and may not be compliant with local regulations. Some examples would be headlights, tail lights, steering and suspension components, radiators, and programmers. We ask the customer to determine if the U.S. specific part will work on their vehicle. You will be able to return any item that does not work, but the customer will be responsible to pay the return shipping costs.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?As long as we have not shipped the order, you can cancel at any time. If you need to cancel and/or refuse delivery after we have shipped, you will be responsible to pay all shipping costs as well as any duties and taxes. These amount would be deducted from any refund.
International Shipments (other than Canada)
When you are entering an order to a destination outside the USA, please complete all the necessary information. A shipping quote will be emailed back to you soon after the order is placed. We will wait to hear back from you for final approval of the total order before charging your credit card. Duties and Taxes are NOT included in your shipping quote and will be your responsibility upon delivery. Shipments may be delivered by DHL, FedEx or UPS.
Shipments to Canada
Canadian customers will see shipping rates on the final page in the checkout before the order is submitted. Shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of the products. Duties and Taxes are NOT included in your shipping quote and will be your responsibility upon delivery. Shipments may be delivered by DHL, FedEx or UPS.
