No, the Rhino-Rack SG59 Gutter-Mount Vortex Roof Rack will not work on a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with the Sky One-Touch Power Top.
This specific rack is designed exclusively for Jeep models with a factory hardtop. The Sky One-Touch top uses a different rail and seal configuration that does not provide the necessary "gutters" for this clamp-on system to attach securely. Additionally, the crossbars would physically interfere with the operation of the retractable power top.

I have a 2011 rubicon 2 door hardtop. the freedom panels have gutters, could i potentially put these racks on the gutters and run them ?

These cross bars will accept Ski/snowboard racks that accept 3-1/8" x 1-3/16" size cross bars.
