Does this product include Sundowner pin for quick release of soft top?
No, it does not. It is designed for non Sunrider version soft tops. Bestop brand door surrounds have a plunger bracket attached for Jeeps that have the factory equipped Sunrider. See the following link. Bestop Door Surround Kit . Thanks for your inquiry.

How many knobs do I need per door surround
I have a hard top that I use in winter and in summer I use bikini soft too and buying door surrounds to keep rain out
Each surround requires two knobs.

What is the difference between the Omix and Mopar door surround for a 2006 Jeep Wrangler
In terms of fitment and function there is no difference. They can be used interchangeably. The difference only comes down to name and manufacturing, whereas Mopar is original equipment.
