If used with the Warn elite tire carrier, it should be compatible with a 35" spare. It is not designed for use on a stock tire carrier and a 35". Thanks for your inquiry.

How do I mount the fuel can so it looks like the picture. Do I need a mounting bracket for the fuel can
This will require the purchase of 3 Warn items. The Warn Elite Series rear bumper with tire carrier (Part # 12022.1049), the Warn Rotopax mounting bracket (Part # 12022.1046), and the Warn Hi-Lift jack mounting bracket (Part # 12022.1047).
