The zipper on the rear window lost teeth almost instantly after installing. I've been waiting for a replacement since fall of 2021 I'm not a happy customer.

zipper on top was sewn un twisted. I keep calling the return department and they say they cant hear me when i hear them clearly the hear bits about me wanting to return it then the line goes to how do you rate me. I am not happy
