will the 2020 Gladiator Overland Fog Lights fit this bumper without modification?
Yes these will fit with provided brackets, It does not fit the factory LED fog lights.

Unfortunately no. The brackets for the Rubicon steel bumper and the Sport plastic bumpers are different.
