Yes, they may interfere with the windshield wiper fluid sprayers.

Is there a cover available for a jack using this mount? I've had the mount for years and love it but it keeps the jack fully exposed to teh weather so I have rust issues. I prefer not to have a neoprene material. I live at high altitude and they don't stand up to teh increased UV. Thank you for making such a great product!

Will this jack hood mount kit hold any size (42, 48, 60) hi lift jack securely?
The 48" is best. The 60" will work, but it will hang out over the sides of the Jeep. The 42" can work, but the top clamp and the foot piece both have to be removed. Thanks for your inquiry.

Yes, part # 92200.0023 is the Hood Mount Locking Knob.

As long as the hole spacing on your brand jack is the same as a Hi-Lift jack, this should work for you.
