Are these wheels suitable for a 40x13.50r17 tire?
No, they are not recommended for a 40x13.50R17 tire.
Width limitation: The AEV Pintler Wheel has a width of 8.5 inches, while most 40x13.50 tires require a minimum rim width of 9 to 11 inches.
Backspacing and clearance: The 5.77-inch backspace (+25mm offset) will cause a 13.50-inch wide tire to rub significantly against your control arms, sway bar links, and inner fenders at full steering lock.
You would need a wider wheel with a much lower backspace (typically around 3.5 to 4.5 inches) to safely run a 40-inch tire.

Need to replace older AEV wheel on my 2013 JKR 2 door with a 2.5 inch AEV lift. Will they fit with 17x12.5x35 inch tires?
No, current JL/JT AEV Pintler Wheel models will not fit properly on your 2013 JK Wrangler.
Hub and Bolt Pattern: JL/JT wheels use a 5x127 (5x5) bolt pattern with a larger hub bore, whereas your 2013 JK uses a 5x5 pattern as well, but the backspacing and offset are completely different.
Backspacing Issue: The JL Pintler features a +25mm offset (5.77" backspacing), which will tuck the tire too far inward on a JK, causing severe rubbing on your inner control arms and sway bar links. JK-specific wheels require around 4.7" to 5.2" of backspacing.

Will this wheel fit on my 2022 JL Rubicon with a 35 inch tire without rubbing? My JLUR is stock suspension.
The AEV part # 20402035AA and 20402034AA wheel should fit on your 2022 JL Rubicon with a 35-inch tire. However, with the stock suspension, you may experience some rubbing, especially during full articulation or when turning sharply. A small lift (2-2.5 inches) can provide the necessary clearance to avoid rubbing or even trimming or installing aftermarket fenders may help accommodate the larger tires. Thank you for your question!

How far will these stick out past the fender on a Gladiator Sport S and will they fit with a 1.5" leveling lift.
