Hello
I ordered these because someone at Quadratec said they were plug n play for a 2026 JL with rear halogens.
When the order came it was the original lights. They came from a Jeep dealer. I was told they wouldn’t work or I would have issues. Can you help me here please? I want the oem led look, not smoked, no blindside protection and for non led tail lights. Thank you.

These are OEM genuine Mopar parts. If you are upgrading from halogen lighting to LED lighting, you will need to program your vehicle for that change. That can be done with a handheld programmer available through Quadratec, or some dealerships around the country offer the reprogramming service (not all do, you'll want to verify with your dealership). Also, you'll want to make sure you order the correct part numbers for your specific vehicle features:
Standard LED Tail Lights
These are the standard factory LED upgrades for most Rubicon, Sahara, and Willys models that do not have the Xtreme Recon package.
Driver Side: 68434890AE (Replaces 68434890AB, AC, and AD)
Passenger Side: 68434889AE (Replaces 68434889AB, AC, and AD)
LED Tail Lights with Blind Spot Detection (XAN)
If your Jeep is equipped with factory Blind Spot and Cross Path Detection, you must use these specific housings, which have the internal mount for the sensor module.
Driver Side: 68474045AD
Passenger Side: 68474044AD
Note: If your Jeep currently has halogen lights, installing these will not add the Blind Spot feature to your vehicle; it only provides the housing for the sensor if you already have it.
Xtreme Recon / 392 Package LED Tail Lights
Jeeps with the Xtreme Recon (35" tires) or the Rubicon 392 often use a slightly different housing to clear the larger spare tire and specific trim requirements.
Driver Side: 68544529AD (Standard) or 68544533AD (with BSM)
Passenger Side: 68544528AD (Standard) or 68544532AD (with BSM)

I want to replace my halogen tail light s with led lights can I do that

Yes. A programming tool to change your factory lighting parameters will need to be used to complete the installation. Thanks for your inquiry.

I have halogen and standard headlights and tail lights. Can I install these and the led headlights as an upgrade.

Yes these are plug and play and do not require any sort of additional programming. Thank you for the question.

I'm replacing the Factory passenger LED Tail Lamp w BSM; In one response to questions your team said that a bracket needs to be used off the original BSM lamp, another response says its plug and play, and the descriptions says its without BSM. Can I get some clarification on whether the fitment will replace a BSM tail lamp or if you need to reuse original parts? Thanks

Blind Spot Monitoring equipped vehicles require 68474044AA and 68474045AA.

I have a 2020 Rubicon with the LED package no sensors.
Is this a direct replacement?
Will I need to have dealer flash after replacement?

For your application this would be a direct replacement, it will not need any flash or dealer visit as you are already running the LED package

If you wanted to add blind spot detection only, would you use these taillights, along with presumably new mirrors with the blind spot warnings? If not, what major parts would you need besides (I guess) the new mirrors?

You cannot add system such as blind-spot detection and pedestrian avoidance without returning to a dealership to obtain all of the parts and computer flashes that are needed to operate. Changing the lights or adding sensors will not do it alone.

I need to replace my failed LED light. Can I swap the avoidance sensor into this light?

Yes sensors can be moved over, but there is a a bracket that must be moved over along with the sensor.

Do you need to have the dealership flash if your JL has factory LED headlights and fog lights, but halogen tail lights?

Yes you will

Hi! I love the website but I was wondering to know before I buy if this would fit on my 2020 Wrangler unlimited WILLYS EDITION. Thank you!

Yes this will fit your Willy's edition, but you will need to visit the dealership to flash your computer to recognize the lighting change.
