This fixed my issue after installing a Rugged Ridge console in my 90 YJ.Now I can reach the button on my belt. Do yourself a favor and buy some Kano AeroKroil Penetrating Oil. It makes PB Blaster look like WD40. This stuff is industrial. Ebay has it. You can watch it eat the rust. Spray the seat belt bolt for a few days while your waiting for Q-tec to ship this to you and you should be good.
