What's the largest size tire this can handle?
The maximum tire size for the Crown RT20005 is around 37 inches.

can I use my Reese hitch receiver with this bumper so I an still tow a camper?
No unfortunately they will both use the same nut locations on the frame and crossmember.

What is the weight rating for the hitch receiver? Is it a class 2?
The receiver has a 200 lb. tongue weight limit (for baskets and carriers) but is not rated for flat towing.

Do only 5x4.5 wheels fit on this or could a 5x5 fit?
This is made to the 5x4.5" bolt pattern. If you would like to mount any other pattern you would need a wheel adapter.
