I have installed dynatrac big brakes and looking to upgrade the booster and MC. I have a 2012 Jeep jk w/6 speed manual transmission. What booster and MC do I need for these larger brakes

For larger master cylinder (68048757AA), booster (68048755AA) and reservoir (68048758AA) please contact our sales, service team so we can special order them for you. These are parts that are original for the J8 Wrangler, and are also used in big brake kit P5160051 (for the JK Wranglers).

Is THIS the MC/Booster combo kit for $274 you recommend to use with the TERAFLEX Big-Brake-Kit upgrade for 2018 Wrangler JK? (Great brakes, but I STILL have a soft pedal)

No, you are looking for Teraflex 4303450. Click Here

Do you carry a Brake master cylinder and booster for a 2013 jk with Dana 60 axles?

The kit for the JK that is offered for 2013 is #P5160051AD. Not listed specifically for the Dana 60 axles, but offered as an upgrade to OE brakes.

It says you recommend this master cylinder kit with the terraflex brake upgrade kit. do i even have to upgrade the master cylinder, or what are the benefits of adding this kit?

The diaphragm in this unit is bigger and stronger which can create more hydraulic stopping power than the standard brake booster. Teraflex has engineered their brake kit around these specs. A standard brake booster will limit the performance of the upgrades, basically just giving you better pads and rotors

This master cylinder is recommended for the Teraflex brake kit but the fitment guide says it’s only for ‘15 -18 J.K. Wranglers. Mine is a ‘12 Rubicon 2 door automatic. Should I still consider this part?
Thanks

The master cylinder that Teraflex is referring to is #4303450

Does this work for a manual transmission?

No, this is for use with automatic transmissions only
