My 1995 YJ 2.5L seems to have excessive play in the steering since I installed the 4" lift. How can i solve this?

Excessive play in a Jeep YJ steering wheel is usually caused by worn out tie rod ends, a worn pitman arm, a loose intermediate shaft, or a failing steering gear box, all of which are common components that can contribute to slack in the steering system when they become worn or damaged over time, especially with off-road driving.

I bought a 4" lift kit for my 1985 Yj but there is a lot of vibration through the drive shaft universals. What do I need? My jeep is 2.5L

Driveshaft vibration can have many causes. Among the most common are worn U-joints or slip splines, out-of-balance components, yokes out-of-phase or misaligned angles and yoke ears that are not concentric with the splines.

With 3.75 inches of wheel backspacing o gues a set of new wheels will be need with a small backspace too. I'm I correct

To run larger tires without rubbing after installing the Rough Country 4-inch lift, you will indeed need new wheels with less backspacing than your current 3.75 inches. Aiming for something in the range of 3.5 to 4 inches of backspacing (or even slightly less, like 3.25 inches) is a common approach. This will push the wheels and tires further out, providing the necessary clearance from the suspension components.

How many degrees are the shims on the rear springs?

That is a 6 degree shim. Thank you for your question

does this come with absolutely everything you need to get this job done?

No you would need a SYE and a custom length driveshaft.
