Don't look like the picture have two nuts welded on the side not sure what they are for and may be a problem for installing a winch plate and if you are installing on a JL like mine with the plastic bumper you will have to purchase the Mopar rivnuts and install them in the frame so you can bolt the skid plate brackets up to them..
