Don't look like the picture have two nuts welded on the side not sure what they are for and may be a problem for installing a winch plate and if you are installing on a JL like mine with the plastic bumper you will have to purchase the Mopar rivnuts and install them in the frame so you can bolt the skid plate brackets on..
