If i add the switch to my 2025 willy's, will this work or will I need the computer flashed?
Adding a Mopar electronic sway bar disconnect to a 2025 Jeep Wrangler Willys is a popular upgrade, but it is not a "plug-and-play" installation. To answer your question: Yes, you will absolutely need to flash the computer, and you will also need a custom wiring harness. Because your Willys didn't come with the Rubicon-style electronic sway bar from the factory, the vehicle's Body Control Module (BCM) doesn't know the hardware exists, and the physical wiring for the actuator is missing. You will need the Mopar 68601966AA assembly and the factory dash switch. You can use Superchips SC-MOD Flashcal+ for the re-programming or visit a local Jeep dealership that offers the service (not all do).

This is a replacement part for vehicles outfitted with the Rubicon sway bar from the factory. The wiring to operate this is part of the vehicle wiring from the factory and cannot be added aftermarket.
