I have a 2020 sport altitude with a aftermarket bumper that will take this light. Would it be a plug & play sit-up or will I have to get it flashed?
The fog lamps should not need a flash to operate properly. They do not have a sales code specific to them.

My bumper is the barricade trail force bumper. It has two holes that hold the foglights in after you put them into the foglights holes. Is their a bracket to help with that
According to the listing for the Trail Force bumper you need to select the lights that are listed here as Sport. The bracket configuration should be correct for that bumper.

Is there a size difference between the JL Sport LED Fog lights and the higher trim ones? Or is it just the base?
The performance is no different, it is just the bracket that is attached to the light that is different.

Any upgrade from halogen to led will require a dealer flash to operate properly.

Does this come with the necessary bolts/screws to go into a standard Sport bumper?
No you are required to reuse the original screws to attach to the bumper, these lights only include the wiring and connectors

will these work for the fog light mounts on a DV8-FS14 bumper? What is the distance between the mounting holes please?
No, unfortunately the mounting pattern is not the same.
