Does this have the support brackets built in ? The Rubicon fenders have a sandwiched support between the splash guard and outer fender is this attached ?
It does not include the support brackets built into the liner itself.

Will they work with aftermarket fenders?
That would depend on the brand of fender. If the aftermarket fenders are made to fit OE parts, then this will fit.

Does it have a sheet of of heat shield on the outer side?
Yes the heat shield is on this liner.

Does this fit all sub models of the gladiators?
On the Gladiator these will only fit the Sport and Sport S submodels.
