Can you use this product to store the two door JL soft top?

What about the rails on top of the Jeep for the soft top? Don't those need to come off before you put your hard top back on? And if so, is there a place for that hardware with the Soft Top Storage Hanger?
Yes, the door surrounds must be removed before installing a hardtop. This hanger has accommodations for the door surrounds.
