Can you flat tow with this bumper?
Most of the bumper manufacturers we carry do not rate their bumpers for flat towing. This does not mean they can or cannot be used for such, but that the manufacturer (and Quadratec) has not confirmed it will work.

Is there a specific fog light that fits best? Or will any 4" fog lights work?
It is designed to fit original style fog lamps for the OE plastic bumpers found on base, Sport and Sahara models

No, there are not. You would need to use a clamp, such as the X-Clamp

I have a Rubicon what can I do to mount those LED fog lights?
To mount Rubicon LED fog lights it requires heavy modification to the fog light brackets.

Will this bumper work well with incorporating ‘20 Rubicon fog lights? It references sport & Sahara fog lights.
The LED lights from a plastic bumper will fit. The OEM steel bumper LED’s will NOT fit without significant modification to the light mounting brackets (on the light).

It fits winches winches with standard bolt patterns of 10x4.5.
