I have a JK jack, is there any reason I cannot use the extension handles for the JL jack. They are so much less.
Sure, you can use the extensions and handles from any scissor jack for this

How different is this from the JK jack which happens to be 150% more for some reason
The jack for the JK is made of a heavier gauge steel and look to be made for a Jeep. The JL jack almost seems to be made for a light vehicle of thinner stamped steel. The foot plates are also slightly different so proper stowing could be difficult
