I am adding OEM remote start. Can I change the handle and have passive entry?
The Mopar 68307269AC door handle is for remote keyless entry, not passive entry.

I have a 2020 JT that came with keyless entry, but just the standard handles. Can this handle be installed in place of the standard handle and work with the factory keyless entry that my JT is already equipped with?
You would have to check inside the door behind the handle that is in position. If there is a wiring harness with an abandoned plug in that region then yes these will work. You will also need to check with a dealership to check your VIN and make sure that the sales code GXD is activated.

You need to have the Keyless Entry system installed by a dealership or the factory in order for this to function. This is a merely a replacement part, not an upgrade.

Not just by changing the handles. You will have to have the factory option installed through a dealership.

If you have keyless entry on your 2020 and need a new handle this will fit yes. This is not an upgrade to change to keyless entry, that is a factory option only at this point
