What is the largest Warn winch that will fit this bumper?

I have a Rampage bumper # 99510. Can I flat tow using the D-rings with the appropriate adapters and tow bar.

I saw in earlier comments that there is a compatible front skid plate available for this bumper. When looking at the skid plate it said that it is not compatible with my 2023 Gladiator. Is the factory front skid plate compatible with this bumper or do I have to go without? Ty
This is compatible with 07-25 Jeep Wrangler JL, JK & Gladiator JT. The factory skid plate does not fit this bumper, however this is the recommended skid plate for this bumper: Rugged Ridge Front Bumper Skid Plate for 18-25 Jeep Wrangler JL with Rugged Ridge Arcus, Spartacus, and HD Series Bumpers
