Can the HD overrider bar be installed after the Rugged Ridge HD bumper and winch has already been installed? I have already mounted the number and Q series Quadratec winch and would like to add the overrider bar but trying to determine if I will have to remove the winch in order to install?
The overrider needs to be installed before the bumper is mounted to the Jeep. Thanks for your inquiry.

The winch that is pictured is the Q-Performance Stealth Winch . This bumper is designed to fit midsize winches between 8,000 and 10,000 lb.

Are there tabs to add lights?
Unfortunately not on this over-rider hoop. You would have to use a clamp such as the Rugged Ridge X-Clamp
