No. It has been reported that Warn VR EVO series winches are not directly fit for the recessed winch plate in this bumper.

Will the LED factory fog lamps (as opposed to the incandescent) work with the provisions on this bumper? I think the housing around the lights themselves are different between the two. Eddie with Wayalife could not use his factory LED ones on an LOD bumper on his JL. Was hoping it may be different with this one?
The LED's from the plastic OEM bumpers fit fine however the LED's from the factory steel bumpers do not fit without some modifications to the brackets.

Any recommendations on winches for this bumper?
We are partial to our 92122.4011 Stealth Winch, but any winch capable of 8,000-12,000 lbs would be sufficient and would fit nicely in this bumper,

Yes, you will use only the supplied carriage bolts. Brackets included are for the LED fogs
