super easy to install if you think it through
I took me 3 times to get winch plate mounted lol
first time bolt it up realize I cant get the fairlead on the plate with the winch mounted take it all back apart
put it back together with the fairlead realize the winch is backwards on the plate take everything back apart
3rd time was the charm everything went on wiring was easy I went through an already existing hole on my tj where the ac lines go through

I have had the same Warn 9,000 pound winch on my jeep for the past 15 years and it still does what it was designed to do!! Built to last a life time!!

Love it.
Wireless remote, fast line speed ( if you use a winch twice you find that you do care) and easy install! I plan to swap to synthetic line when the cable is at the end of life but the cable sits for a long time with worries of UV.
I believe any brand winch can fail, but I have had better luck with Warn winches and I’am confident it work each time I need to pull cable for for the guy at girl that didn’t bring a Jeep out.

Beastly!!! Love the look and the trail/camp assurance I have now if I’m out alone! Pretty straight forward install, takes maybe an hour once you have everything out of the box and laid out on the ground.

This thing is perfect for what I need! Weekend Warrior rock climbing and Exploring! I have used it once’s i far and it was flawless! So my confidence is there with this winch sitting on the front of my JL. I also have the WARN winch plate to mount.

Superior quality piece. Still waiting on the bumper but from what I have seen these are great!

I love the winch and have used it several times in the first year that I have owned it. I do however hate the wireless remote. The wireless remote is always dead when I need it and I am forced to use it as a wired remote. Although the installation guide clearly shows a AAA battery under "wireless Function" the battery is NOT a AAA nor is it a standard AA. You must purchase SPECIALTY Non-Rechargeable ER14505 3.6V Lithium Batteries and I recommend that you carry at least one spare.

Typical Warn quality. Well built. Fast line speed and the wireless remote on a winch of this price is worthwhile.
