Do I need to drill another hole to mount the item in my 2014 wrangler unlimited?
No. Only the 2007-2010 will need a hole drilled.

I have a 2012 Jeep JK that has the plastic trim piece below the drivers seat. Are there specific instructions where to drill the holes? Also, should i include some fender washer on the back side. Thank you

What diameter and length flashlight does it hold?
This can fit a Dcell flashlight so approximately 1.25". The bracket can fit an 11-12" flashlight. Thank you for the question.
