I have Wrangler Unlimited JL. Can I still install the Quadratec 2 bike platform rack. My wrangler has back up camera. Is that a big problem? Thanks for your help. I just opened account...I have no idea if question has been asked before
This rack will work for you, just use caution when you would normally be using the backup camera to see if an obstacle is present. It's advised to look carefully behind you and not rely on the camera view, which will be blocked by bikes on this rack. Thanks for your inquiry.

Will this rack work with a bike that has a front fender, such as the Rad Power Mini?
The fender would be a point of interference with the bike retainer bar. Sorry, it not likely to work unless the fender allow large enough gap to accept the securing bar. Thanks for your inquiry.

Will it fit a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara so that the gate can open with the rack on?

Will it work with a 2020 F150?? Is the tailgate too big to put down?
This will work with basically any 2" hitch application. We can't comment specifically on allowing the tailgate to drop as we do not test these on applications other than Jeeps. With that said, I do run this on my Class C RV and it works great, but I do not have a tailgate on that, of course.

Hello. I have a 2019 JLU, and am interested in your platform bike rack.
My question is whether it's possible to lock the rack when mounted?
A customer review indicates that this isn't possible, but would like to confirm in case that's not accurate.
Some hitch pins have a locking feature, or at least are compatible with a lock, and some aren't. And it sounds like this setup has a special hitch pin that's not generally interchangeable, say with one that is compatible with a lock.

To lock the rack to your JLU, you need something like part # 92034.1910 or 55216.9016. The rack itself cannot be locked to the bike(s). I have this rack and use it - it works great for mine and my g/f's 29er's. I use a cable lock & hitch pine, part # 92034.1911. You can use a Bolt locking cable product or similar if you prefer additional security.

I know that the racks are designed for wranglers or jeeps but would they also work on a 3rd gen Tacoma?
This bike rack will work on any vehicle with a 2" receiver hitch.

Your Quadratec hitch 2 bike rack in your description indicates a screw in bolt to connect the hitch to my hitch receiver. Is hitch lock compatible? With your pin, anyone could steal the entire unit with or without bikes.
The threaded hitch pin will eliminate the rattle and when tight can not be removed by hand. If necessary, it can be replaced with a hitch lock which is sold separate.
