Does this kit need an adjustable track bar to correct the axel?
Jeep does not require or offer one, but 2" has traditionally been the height at which it becomes an issue. For best highway stability it would be a good thing

If the the Fox shocks are the same as the ones on the Rubicon, can you get this lift kit without shocks?
No unfortunately you cannot purchase the kit without shocks.

Is this the same as the factory rubicon lift? Or is the Rubicon only 1.5" higher than the sport
The Rubicon has strong taller springs and higher cut fender flares, the springs offer a little over 1" of lift. This kit is a performance lift that would add height even to Rubicons. Where as the Rubi can fit 35" tires stock. if you are going to be off road with the vehicle and do not want to rub on the fenders then this is the kit that Jeep designed. The Sport models will see the full 2"

Yes it lifts and levels the vehicle.

To be clear.
The Rubicon Gladiator comes w High Fender Flairs and Fox Shocks.
We need to cut the Rock Rail 1”
Is this all that is needed for us to add 37” tires to a Gladiator Rubicon?
The Rubicon fender flares are wider, not higher.

The Fox shocks that are used in this lift are the same as what are on the Rubicon
