Yes, you'd be able to switch out the rockers for 3-position rockers.

Hi 2 questions,what size awg wire is being used for the connection of the switches? And my other question is I noticed test the switches themselves don't show what each prong is, on the back of the switches. So I'm guessing the green wires (top row)would be the shared ground, red (bottom row)would be shared 12v, and white/brown/black/yellow etc,(middle row) would be the individual circuits for each switch.is that correct? Thanx for the reply.
