Do these seat covers have cutouts or flaps that expose the hooks for car seats?
The upper pieces and lower pieces are separate, so you will still have access to the car seat hooks.

Will these seat covers work with seats with side air bags?
These will work with the '18-'23 air bag design but do not work with the '24's and newer updated airbags. Thank you for your inquiry.

No, these are specifically for the JLU Wrangler.

Why will these not work with the leather package? I have a 2020 JLUR and I need seat covers. The back does fold down in the middle for the cup holders and arm rest. If these wont work is there any that will?
The leather seat option has a different rear seat and folding section. Rough Country unfortunately does not produce a set of covers for this option. We do offer the Diver Down Neoprene covers with this designation.
