Does this bumper allow you to use the OEM skid plates on a 2023 JT Rubicon?
No. You will discard the factory skid plates after removing them from the Jeep.

I am replacing an aftermarket bumper that is currently on my 2023 Gladiator overland with an ARB Bondie Duluxe winch bumper. I do not have the original fog lights that came with the original Mopar bumper. Do I need the halogen fog lights or will LED fog light work?
Both halogen and LED fog lights will work.

Do you have a bracket that will adapt the factory 3 point LED fog lights? The included 4 point bracket will not work.
Fog light brackets provided to accept either OE-halogen fog lights or OE-LED fog lights. ARB does not offer a bracket if you have a metal Rubicon bumper. Sorry for any difficulties. Thanks for your inquiry.

A 2mm press-formed winch cover panel is supplied for when a winch isn’t being fitted.
