Do these covers give your rig more fluid capacity over stock??
Yes, but with an important caveat. The ARB Competition Differential Cover does have an increased overall interior volume compared to the stamped-steel factory cover, which allows it to hold a slightly higher volume of gear oil. However, the exact amount you should fill it depends heavily on your suspension setup:
For Stock or Low-Lift Drivelines: Even though the cover can hold more fluid, ARB explicitly instructs installers to match the factory oil fill height. Because the ARB fill plug sits much higher on the cover than the stock fill hole, filling it all the way up to the plug on a stock-height rig will severely overfill the differential. This leads to oil foaming, excessive pressure, and gear oil blowing out of your axle vent tubes.

The JL Sahara with Limited Slip has a m220 rear differential but you don't list a m220 cover for a Sahara, only the Rubicon or Gladiator. Will the m220 for the Rubicon/ Gladiator fit on the Sahara?
