How are you supposed to mount the grill guard? There is no room for a tool.
The over-rider has to be installed before the bumper is mounted to the Jeep, otherwise the bumper will have to be loosened to get to the bolts. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Will I need anything additional to bolt on a BADLAND APEX winch?
We don't have specific test fit information, but we would expect fit without additional hardware being necessary if some came with your winch. Thanks for your inquiry.
How far out from the grill do the fender recover hooks go? Compared to a factory bumper? I'm trying to determine how much further this bumper sticks out vs the factory Sahara plastic bumper. Thank you
12.5" from the grille. 1.5" farther out from the normal stock crush can cover area of the factory bumper. Thanks for your inquiry.
Does it fit the Warn VR EVO 10S?

Are there spots to mount lights on this bumper?
Other than for factory fog lights there are no locations for mounting lights to this bumper.
I have 2 questions what happens if you don't get a Winch and my state requires me to have a front license plate can I install it with a front license plate does it come with a plate or something
If you do not get a winch, you can just get a hawse fairlead and install a hawse fairlead license plate bracket.
Is this bumper flat tow rated for use behind an RV?
No it is not rated for flat towing. The d-ring points are for recovery only
Does it come with front license plate bracket? and if not do you sell one that will work with synthetic rope.

Does this use the stock skid plate on the Rubicon?
The OEM one will not fit, the Venator has its own skid plate so there would be no need for an additional one.
What size is the hole for the d-ring bolt
They have 7/8" holes and use 3/4" D-rings
