I just bought a replacement rear window from them as my 07 JK window got ripped because I did not secure a new compressor in the rear storage very well. Of course my fault. But if you guys made a replacement with a real window in it I would pay more for a replacement. Maybe even out of polycarbonate would be better than vinyl. Just an opinion. Would not mind paying more for a hard window replacement.
I received the product faster than expected and it was packaged nicely. However, the replacement window I ordered has questionable fitment, as the Velcro section is too long and does not tuck properly. I'll be going with another product next time around.
The zippers and fit are good. The window is shorter than the OEM. I replaced a damaged passenger window and it doesn't quite match the driver side. It's not extremely noticeable but if you pay attention to details it will bug you.
This will work ...however the corner does not tuck into the frame rail like the OEM does. Hoping with some sun it will stretch a bit.
This rear passenger soft top window foor a 2016 rubicon jku might relax after some sun and heat but at first installation this is wat I dealt with.
1. The zipper length is not the same as OEM. There's about an extra inch of OEM zipper.
2. the whole window panel is smaller. To the point I had to run the zipper fully and then pull in the front and bottom.
3. The Velcro flaps are oversized! again by an inch roughly. So much that it won't lay flat on the upper section and extends past on the back flap.
If you never wanted to seal it with a zipper it would probably fit fine. the Zipper is completely not the length it should be or in the position it should be. Part that has me hot is the zipper on the old window had separated so I couldn't get the window off without cutting thru the track to let the zipper thru to remove it. Now I don't have a back window that I can count on. When I say it's tight because the zipper is too small it's stretching everything ridiculously.
It does not act or feel like the OEM panel. It does not tuck and barely fits to the point I have water leaking through.
