Yes, they interfere and cannot be used with one another. If you still require hood security, Rampage products does offer locking side hood catches for JL and JT models. Rampage Locking Hood Catch Set. Thanks for your inquiry.
Will this fit with the front camera option?
It will not work with the front camera option as sold. We did have a customer who purchased 2-kits and used 4 of the lights so the camera did not interfere. You can see that in the Customer Submitted Photos.
Can I downloaded instructions for this anywhere I would like to know if you have to cut the grill for the install or not? Thank you
The light mounts simply snap into place on your factory grille and do Not require any cutting. Will these fit the gladiator?

Will these blink when the blinker is turned on?
No this will stay solid and plugs into the marker light for power.
