What is the height of the extender at it's highest point when it is on end? In other words, how high does it reach when it is being moved from one position to the other position (extended onto tailgate to inside bed & visa versa)? I have a Softopper on my Gladiator and wonder if the extender might work with it, without having to fold the Softopper back at all.
They are 18.5 inches when resting on the vehicle and roughly 33 inches when fully lifted upright in the rotating position.

Does anyone know how far this extends into the bed while folded in? I only have about 24 inches of clearance from the inside of the tailgate when it's closed, so I was worried about it fitting while it's folded. (have my 37" spare in the bed with the Rugged Ridge spare tire carrier).
When folded in, you will lose the 24 inches that the bed extender can offer. Thanks for your inquiry.

Will this fit under a soft tri fold Tonneau Cover for a 2022 Gladiator?

Does it stays flush with the top of the bed so I can put a cover on it?
The vertical supports are level with the bed rail.
